I want to hear a catchy story tonight. Make it the one that haunts my dreams; the one that crashes over me with all of the comfort of a warm bath. I just want to know that I'm not the only one who feels like giving up. But it's just a daydream; it's nothing worth chasing. It paints a story inside my head; tells a picture I can't forget. But now I've got a feeling that I'm missing out. I can't hear it. It's been drown out by this noise I'm hearing lately, cutting through my static saying, "Yeah it's cool if you tune out here for a while." Now I'm always humming this tune I can't make out, wish I could let you know what that's about. You must think I'm crazy just because I'm hearing noises lately.
